Keelara LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates CrushMyInterview (www.crushmyinterview.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our interview practice platform.
We collect different categories of data depending on which features you use. We minimize collection wherever possible.
CrushMyInterview does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
We may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., page views, session duration). GA4 may set its own cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or by using a Google Analytics opt-out extension.
We use your browser's localStorage to save your resume, practice answers, target roles, settings, and display preferences (e.g., dark mode). This data remains on your device and can be cleared at any time through the app's settings or by clearing your browser's site data.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment provider processes your payment information and shares only the data necessary to manage your subscription (email address, subscription status, renewal dates). We do not store your payment card or bank account details on our servers.
We record the country of origin for each visit (derived from your IP address by our content delivery network) for aggregate, anonymous analytics. We do not record your IP address itself or any personally identifying information.
Server-stored data (Pro tier session transcripts, subscription records) is held in AWS DynamoDB with encryption at rest and in transit. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Local-storage data on your device is protected by your browser's same-origin security model.
You can clear all local data from the Settings page using the "Clear All Data" option. To request deletion of server-stored data (Pro tier session history), email support@keelara.com from the address associated with your subscription. We will delete your records within 30 days of confirmation.
CrushMyInterview is intended for adults preparing for professional interviews. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at contact@keelara.com.
